Great staycation

Pros: Location was great. Facilities were superb including the WiFi speed

Cons: could not find anything.

Great satisfaction. Despite the minor flaws, I highly recommend it.

Pros: Place near the beach, beautiful view. Spacious apartment. Neha is a great host, great communication

Cons: Kitchen equipment. Both the kitchen and the bathroom would need reconstruction and more thorough cleaning.

Luxury apartment

Pros: Fabulous 🤩 apartment for family and friends to spend time together 💓 I really recommend this place again near to the beach and others facilities 😀

Pros: Super emplacement pour voir le feu d'artifice de JBR. Nous étions aux premières loges. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons apprécié notre séjour. JBR est un endroit super pour passer quelques jours en bord de mers.

Cons: Beaucoup d'embouteillages sur JBR mais c'est un peu normal car endroit très prisé des touristes.

Pros: Výhľad bol úžasný , vyhrievaný bazén , super poloha , parkovanie .

Nice memories and stay was perfect

Pros: Really appreciate the hospitality. The apartment is big and the best was that it has a full sea view, balcony,and with full kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. 6 people can stay in the apartment. There is queen bed laid in the living room and also sofa bed is kept. The property is located on the very touristy and convenient location. Dubai marina mall is 10 mins walk, beach mall is 7 to 8 mins walk.

Pros: Отличный вид из окна на море с 21 этажа. Есть стиральная машина и вся необходимая бытовая техника, включая утюг. Легко добраться на такси из аэропорта Аль-Мактум. Удобно ездить в Абу-Даби в Феррари парк. Есть пропуск в бассейн. Бассейн работает до 21:45 и можно плавать после заката. Квартира просторная. WiFi работает хорошо. Владельцы приветливые, заселение было безпроблемным даже глубокой ночью. У подъезда хороший супермаркет и аптека. До моря недалеко, но отели не пропускают и приходится обходить. Море напротив дома гораздо лучше, чем основной пляж JBR. Вода и погода в ноябре были идеальными для отдыха семьей.

Cons: Ничего критического мы не отметили. Для улучшения сервиса могу посоветовать владельцам предложить пару более мягких подушек. Также было бы здорово оставлять для заселяющихся бутылку питьевой воды (хочется пить с самолета, и не знаешь где взять). Также можно предложить сделать соль, сахар, стиральный порошок, подсолнечное масло переходящими продуктами к следующим жильцам. Туристы не используют их в полной мере. Так было бы удобнее. Нам проживание понравилось, поэтому здесь лишь рекомендации.

Séjour agréable

Pros: La vue de cet appartement est magnifique. Tout était beau et propre à notre arrivée. Le salon et la chambre sont spacieux. L'appartement est à 8 minutes de JBR Beach. Un super market est juste en bas de l'immeuble. Les instructions d'arrivée sont très bien détaillées. Je recommande ce logement aux autres voyageurs

Cons: Il manque beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine: pas de torchons, pas de liquide vaisselle, 2 verres pour 6 personnes, pas de pastille pour laver le linge, pas de sel ou de sucre. C'est ce que fourni d'habitude les hôtes qui louent des appartements

Pros: The apartment is very big and spacious. The best view ever. Full sea view and the location is amazing. All the amenities are available in the apartment and also in the community. Grocery store is down the building. Very convenient. Neha the host was very helpful and available all the time on the personal chat
