Pros: Location and accessibility. Good communication with host.

Cons: Parking is a little tricky but hosts do provide video. Ask them in advance. Daily cleaning is a better idea. Do inform them in advance, they told us so.

Pros: Location, near the beach, walking distance to Marina.

Pros: The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. For a self catering experience, this property meets all your needs. The location is very convenient with easy access to the marina, beach, sightseeing buses, tram and metro. Furthermore, access to supermarkets (free delivery), coffee shops and fast food within a few minutes of walking distance. The host was exceptional with constant clear communication on booking arrangements, check in, complimentary cleaning and check out.

Pros: Staying at an apartment was an exquisite experience. The location boasts stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Dubai Marina skyline. The apartment itself was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts of home. From indulging in the vibrant beachfront atmosphere to exploring the nearby shopping and dining options, every moment was filled with excitement and relaxation. The convenience of having amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and easy access to the beach added an extra layer of luxury to the stay. Overall, it was a memorable and delightful experience, and I can't wait to return here for another unforgettable getaway.

Pros: The owner was really very helpful. We were early for check-in, and they managed to get the apartment ready within 1.5 hours. Kept in touch through out our stay to make sure if we need anything. Excellent location. Tram Station, Beach, restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, everything you need is just a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommended.

Pros: I had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing stay in this recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai. The apartment's modern design and attention to detail created a luxurious feel. The location is absolutely amazing. In front of the beach, the Bla Bla bar, the Blue Water island, the JBR promenade so full of clubs and restaurants and also close to Dubai Marina. The team managing the property were exceptional, ensuring a pleasant stay without any kind of problems. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience in Dubai, I highly recommend this gem in JBR. It exceeded all my expectations and made our visit truly special! Wifi was super fast, I never find a internet speed so fast, AC was working very well considering it's still very hot in dubai. Netflix and Disney+ are in the TV and complimentary.

Fabulous location and amazing apartment.

Pros: Location is just fabulous. Walking distance from the beach, tram and metro. A lot of options for nice restaurants and shops. You can enjoy evening walk to the bluewaters island which opens you fantastic view to JBR and palm skyline. Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very clean and the host is very attentive. If you are looking for a place close to the beach, this apartment is the best option!

Pros: Ubytování bylo perfektní. Krásně čisté, uklizené. V ubytování bylo všechno. Myčka, pračka, sušička, dokonce i žehlička :)

Pros: Dopo una brutta avventura di overbooking (arrivati di notte dopo un lungo viaggio abbiamo trovato gente nell'appartamento prenotato settimane prima), per fortuna abbiamo trovato questo appartamento e persone gentilissime e disponibili. Ci hanno concesso un check-in anticipato e sono stati cordiali e presenti per tutto il soggiorno. L'appartamento è in una posizione fantastica. È pulito, accogliente, comodo e confortevole.
