Elite Royal Apartment - Highest Floor - Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - Duke

Breathtaking views in a luxury apartment.

Pros: The property was excellent. Really nice and clean and the view was breathtaking. Agent Cherry was really helpful and made it easy for us.

Cons: No housekeeping. Only given 6 towels to last all week. Spoke to our agent Cherry who got us another 4 towels and a clean 3 days in.

Exceptional and would stay there again: loved it !

Pros: Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre perfekte Lage und ihre hervorragende Sauberkeit. Burj Khalifa ist in etwa 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hat alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten waren äusserst bequem und die Aussicht einfach unschlagbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. DARWIN war unsere Ansprechperson und hat uns täglich kontaktiert sowie sofort reagiert, wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Die gesamte Kommunikation lief unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Wir danken ihm sehr für seine Zuverlässigkeit und den hervorragenden Service.

Cons: Leider war es in der Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft sehr kalt, die Zimmer waren auf etwa 18 Grad gekühlt. Da die Apartments nicht mit einer Heizung ausgestattet sind, konnten wir die Temperatur nur mit einer kleinen Zusatzheizung nur auf maximal 20 Grad erhöhen, sodass es während des Aufenthalts häufig zu kühl war. Das Frühstück muss jeweils am Vortag ausgewählt werden (continental oder arabisch) und wird morgens ins Apartment gebracht. Grundsätzlich ist dieses Konzept in Ordnung, jedoch sind die Portionen sehr gross, sodass häufig ein Grossteil weggeworfen wird. Zudem fehlt es an Abwechslung, was das Frühstück über mehrere Tage hinweg wenig attraktiv macht und letztlich Geschmackssache ist.

Pros: The location and view is very exceptional. In front of Burj Khalifa. The property is clean and smells good all the time.

Cons: There is washer but no dryer but it’s ok as the weather is hot and able to dry my clothes outside.

Pros: Апартамента се намира на топ локация с прекрасна гледка към пеещите фонтани. На пет минути от сградата се намира статуята Крилете на Мексико. Стаите са много просторни с много удобни легла. Закуската е невероятна. Бих повторила престоя си там.
