You were an excellent host, and I truly appreciate your prompt assistance—especially when I reported the malfunctioning window lock, and you arrived to address the issue within just 10 minutes. Additionally, I was impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the rest of the building staff, particularly the swimming trainer. Their professionalism and warmth contributed greatly to my positive experience. In summary, my stay was wonderful, thanks to your attentiveness and the team’s outstanding service. Pros: Super location Close to marina, JBR, Beach etc. and 24 hours supermarket and food shops downstairs beautiful Apartment and Stunning view and free private safe car park included

Pros: The location is really great — direct walk to tram and metro on one side, and to Maria and the beach on the other side (and you can see both Marina and the Bay in your window). The staff was really very helpful (but you might need to be a little adapted to his accent). Fridge, stove, microwave and washing machine are available inside the apartment. Also there is an iron, TV and clothes dryer stand. And there is a working desk and WiFi available.

Cons: You need a cash deposit of 200 AED to get the access card for the pool and gym, and there is only one card available. There are some humidity stains on the wall near the door. It's not very convenient to start a larger part of the stove (might need a longer lighter). The back legs for the chairs under the round table might be fixed. Internet quality wasn't always perfect. (But actually all those things could be easily tolerated.)
