Highly Recommended!

Pros: The apartment boasts two spacious bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a generously sized living room furnished with a sofa, chair, and dining table. It also includes essential amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, as well as a set of plates, forks, spoons, and knives, along with tea bags for added convenience. During our stay, we found the apartment to be impeccably clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully furnished. Ashley, our point of contact for support, was consistently responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Additionally, convenient parking facilities and excellent on-site amenities further enhanced our overall experience. The presence of a supermarket downstairs was particularly convenient, allowing us to easily access essentials whenever needed. In summary, our stay left us thoroughly satisfied.

Cons: Our original stay was scheduled for December, as we had booked for a course in Dubai at that time. However, due to unexpected circumstances, the course was rescheduled for February. Unfortunately, during the booking process, there was no option for free cancellation, so our reservation was non-refundable and non-changeable. Thankfully, the host was understanding and allowed us to change the dates, albeit at a cost of 15-20% more than the original price to postpone our booking to February. Regarding housekeeping, it's unclear whether the apartment offers cleaning services. Throughout our four-day stay, no one came to clean the room. However, it's possible that they provide this service upon request. While we didn't require cleaning during our stay and were comfortable managing ourselves, we did find that we needed additional towels, which were promptly provided upon request. To enhance the experience for guests, it may be beneficial for the host to offer regular cleaning services, either on a daily basis or by inquiring with guests about their preferences during their stay.

Pros: The property is exceptionally clean and at an amazing location. You’ll get perfect view of the Dubai skyline and the creek. The property is cozy and staff is very helpful.

Pros: The staff was very helpful specially Mr. Zeeshan also reception and security helped me tracking my lost mobile phone by tracing taxi company and car plate numbers from the Video Cameras . I highly recommend this place it’s save and prime location short distance from dubai mall as well as airport
