Had a lovely stay

Pros: Property was modern, clean, when we arrived the door was unlocked, we realised the lock on the door was broken the reception staff put a new lock on straight away. Location is ok, nothing really around there so you do need taxis (which aren’t too expensive) u do need to be careful with school run times (google) as hard to get taxis at that time. 24 hour shop pretty cheap. Pool - sun is there around 9am till 2.30pm then that’s your lot, sunbeds comfy and the life guard very nice guy. Only 1 tea spoon could do with some more of them Curtains don’t work There is still a lot of building work going on opposite and they work on it 24.7 so they are constantly banging, so I wouldn’t return there straight away I’d have to make sure that’s is complete.

Pros: Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended Everything was excellent! The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Loved the gym, sauna, and pool area — great place to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The team is very good in the service and helps, especially Ashley, who was very corporate and kind l will rebook it again and again

Cons: I didn't like the Way we were Treated when We Came Early.we Denied Internet at first.despite the fact in your site that Internet in All Area, That's contradicts what the Mangaer told my Husband. At last Atlantis as soon as we got their They took All our Luggage & Stored It.we were Given Cold Water,Tea,While At Your property the Manager Told Us Off Saying this a Reception we can't have our Luggage their.We we're Exhausted. I was gobsmacked of Such Treatments zero Customer Service. Instead Of repeating like a Robot check in @3Pm. We arrived @ 1:20 @Atlantis, but they were very Welcoming with no Hassle. We felt comfortable. They could have told A Shuttle can take Us to Dubai Mall,while they are doing The Room. We had 2 Chikdern 12,13 years old. On your Site there was no Pet Policy. However, I saw at least a Guy With Small Dog. When My Wife Challenged them.They Say It's Allowed. We don't have any thing with Pet policy,Let's match what's written on your Site and the actual fact on the Ground. We loved your Property.the only Downsize is bit too Cold.

Great family stay

Pros: Very modern, comfortable and clean accommodation. First class service from staff and nearby supermarkets. Away from the hustle and bustle but easy to get a taxi to tourist locations. Good sized pool.

Cons: Pots and pans are old. Washing up liquid and sponge needed. More sunbeds.

Pros: The modern layout, the comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the entire building. Such a stunning place, the staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay

Pros: Zeeshan was a great host to start with. After booking, all information I needed was sent to me via email and whatsapp which was great as it prepared me before my trip. The building is brand new and it’s about 10min drive away from Dubai mall and city centre which was great. Everything was super clean and spacious. it’s actually bigger in person than via pictures. 2 balconies was great too! swimming pool and facilities was clean and staff was great overall.

Cons: The mattress was uncomfortable and the beds are a bit small for 2 people.

Pros: Very nice place to Stay in Dubai I would recommend staying there and of course I will visit again
