Comfortable apartment in a good location

Pros: Modern and clean apartment with a nice balcony. There are several restaurants with good prices and great food and groceries in the same building and in the next one. The JBR walk and a tram station are in 5 minute walk distance. By tram you can easily get to Marina and metro station and we used it a lot (btw tram and metro tickets are the same thing so you just buy one and use it for both) Check-in/out instructions were super clear and overall service is great!

Other than the appliances breaking down I had a brillant stay.

Pros: The location is brillant. The beach is close by as well as the tram and grocery stores.

Cons: When I arrived the refrigator was not working and it took the host 2 days to fix. And then the washing machine blew out! I was staying at the property for 26 nights and it took the host 12 days to fix the washing machine!!!!

Pros: Good location, just a 10-minute walk to JBR beach, shops nearby and 20 20-minute walk from Marina Mall and Dubai metro. The apartment is spacious, large terrace with a nice view. Recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a great location.

Pros: Beautiful apartment that looked just like all the photos. Excellent location close to JBR, marina and blue waters. The amazing balcony was a bonus that looked out towards blue waters - great to sit out on an evening. The host was very easy to communicate with and check in was efficient with a key box outside the apartment. I had everything I needed for a perfect stay and will definitely use it again.

One of the best JBR holiday homes!

Pros: Amazing location and great views over the balcony! Accommodating host.

Cons: Upon initial look, the room wasn’t very clean but the host organised someone to come and clean same day!

Pros: Заселиться было просто и хозяева приятные. очень удобное расположение. Сама квартира очень красивая и чистая, вид из окна и веранды прямо на колесо обозрения - просто вау

Pros: Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, nicht weit von Marina und teilweise Meerblick. Ideal mit dem mini Supermarkt direkt daneben.

Cons: Die Badewanne sieht ziemlich mitgenommen aus. Das Bett ist auf einer Seite etwas durchgesessen, weil man von dort eine schöne Aussicht hat.
