Excellent location with great views from the apartment.

Pros: Excellent location with great views from the apartment. Walking distance from the JBR beach. We enjoyed fireworks, light and drone shows from our livingroom/ balcony (noisier option). The apartment is spacious with a good layout and has nice bathrooms. The host is very responsive in communications. With an upgrade in furnishing in the bedrooms, better stocked and equipped kitchen this apartment has full potential for the rating 10.

Cons: Personally I could not sleep in the main bedroom double bed. For me the mattress was too hard. Cheap large synthetic not soft pillows and synthetic duvet didn't suit me and I ended up trying to sleep on the livingroom sofa. Kitchen equipment is fairly basic.
