Good value for money, but they can improve a few details

Pros: The position is pretty good, about 10min walk to Dubai mall, but about 20 min walk to the metro station. That can be a lot especially if you’re tired after a long day, for this reason we have used taxis quite a bit. The pool is temperature controlled which is absolutely amazing, you can swim at any time between 7am-10pm, lifeguard on duty. Also because the pool is between the buildings you have sun and shadow most of the day, so you are never too hot. There is 24/7 supermarket across the street and a very nice coffee shop 2min away. The host was helpful, and the view from the balcony was beautiful, before going to sleep we spent some time here every night. The pictures attached: one is the view from the balcony, floor 26, and second from the pool.

Cons: Things can definitely be improved. For instance, initially they only left us one towel for the shower, one for the hands and one to put on the ground while we were 2 people, we contacted them and we got 2 more. They left us one 30ml shower gel also for 2 people:) we ended up buying some from store. I needed a hair dryer, they didn’t have one in the room, but they ordered it and when we came back that day it was left by the door. That was very well done from their side. These are all small details but I just want people to be aware. The one thing that really bothered me was the bed making sounds each time my partner and I moved around, which was disturbing during the night as I am a light sleeper. The fridge was not working, they tried to send me a mechanic but they were coming only when we were out:) and they didn’t have a spare key apparently. Unless I want to stay in this area specifically I don’t thing I would like to come back considering I can spend the same money in Dubai Marina, stay at a hotel with breakfast included and 5-10min walk to the beach.

Pros: The location is very good, apartment was as expected clean and enough spacious for a studio. The pool is temperature controlled and very nice for morning swims, also suitable for kids. The host was accommodating and available in case of concerns. Just make sure that all access cards are resolved right away during check-in.

Great stay in a very central and downton location!

Pros: Very reactive and considerate host! Always available and answering in minutes on WhatsApp, never saw that before! Best service

Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner(floor, microwave,…), the vacuum cleaner was not really working anymore, more towels and toilet paper from the get go (although host delivered them fast:))

Pros: The comunications was there. Even if arrived early morning the level of comunications was outstanding.

Cons: Certain things could improve. But overall the location and comunications where great.

Good location, great staff, awesome view.. what else do you need

Pros: We've been welcomed by Saqib, very gentle man. He helped us with everything. Also he was reachable all the time in case we needed something. The location was incredible, close to the mall, burj khalifa,.. 24h7 supermarket right across the street. I will certainly come back!!

Cons: The towels weren't changed so we had to wash them., But that's the concept of an appartement, I guess.

Pros: Property was compact and and clean and had all the facilities in it and Mr Malik helped us in every way possible.

Pros: The place was nice and clean, in a walking distance to Dubai mall. Also there is a hair dresser and a 24/7 supermarket across the street. The host Malik Waleed was helpful and kind, always reached out and asked if we needed anything.

Schönes Apartment in top Lage.

Pros: Schönes Apartment in guter Lage. Dubai Mall ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Check in hat gut funktioniert.

Cons: Für 2 Personen könnten etwas mehr Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es einen Probe-Feueralarm. Eine vorherige Info dazu wäre schön gewesen.

Top verblijf

Pros: We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement! De kamer was ruim enschoon – precies zoals op de foto’s. Het bed lag heerlijk en de voorzieningen waren tiptop in orde. De locatie was ideaal, rustig maar toch dicht bij alles wat we nodig hadden. Ook de communicatie met de host verliep soepel en vriendelijk. We voelden ons echt welkom en zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw verblijven!

Best decision!

Pros: The location (the beautiful Boulevard and the proximity to Burj Khalifa and the mall) and the facilities (in particular the beautiful swimming pool) were fantastic and we would really recommend using this location as basis for a trip to Dubai!! A 24/7 supermarket is really 1min away, there are may restaurants close by...FANTASTIC LOCATION!

Cons: Really nothing! It might be useful to note that there is a bus connection to the metro station from the Boulevard!
