Pros: Easy self checkin/checkout and access with keyless mobile app - have you phone charged! excellent location - walking distance to metro and Dubai Marina. all clean, tidy, ready for a long stay

Cons: construction across the street seems to be 24/7 and quite annoying

Studio apartment in JLT

Pros: Location Value for money Good arrangements and organisation (the automated message were a bit annoying)

Cons: (No deal-breakers) Small sachets of milk instead to powered creamer. Mount tall mirror.

Pros: Awesome view. Nice area, not too far to walk to the metro and Marina beyond that. The gym in the building is among the best in the area, short of paying for a commercial gym.
