Pros: The location is excellent, it's walking distance to the Dubai Mall. It has great facilities such as a dry cleaner and mini markets in close proximity to it. The staff on entry are helpful and pleasant. I had a problem with the safe in room which wouldn't open but the residence maintenance team were good they came with 20 minutes if reporting the matter and resolved the problem.

Cons: The instructions on entry into the property need to come a few hours earlier. I received the instructions almost as I was flying out to Dubai. Having them.in Google drive and with limited access time is also problematic. While the room was generally quite clean I did notice that the shower had not been cleaned very well with dirt encrusted in the grooves between tiles. I also would have liked someone to come in and clean the room on a daily basis which did not happen.
