Very pleased!

Pros: The room was exactly as described. Spacious and private. Gym and pool in the building. Wonderful staff at front desk. Within walking distance to Dubai Mall which is where the nearest metro station is.

Cons: Cost was a little high for the room.

Pros: Great place to stay near Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa! 15-20 minut of light walk and you are on place. Good value for money. It has verything for a long stay. Also thanks our manager Salman for quick check-in and check-out

Cons: It's a bit sad that the apartment is on the shady side and you can't sunbathe and enjoy the sun. But otherwise, everything is great!

Dubaia vacation

Pros: The location is in walking distance to Burj Kalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment was clean and comfortable and it had a nice suite of appliances. It is not too loud outside given it is practically downtown. The water in the pull is excellent and the gym has basics covered.

Cons: The area in front of the entrance to the building could be nicer but this has nothing to do with the apartment. At the moment we were staying (November 2024) - construction of the inner courtyard is in progress but when it is finished - the view will be nice again I guess.
