Pros: The place is nice, well furnished and very convinient despite of the size. The building has a very nice pool and GYM. Location offers all sort of shops around, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Transportation from and to is easy. Metro is just 10 min walk away.

Cons: The appartment is located next to a highway, it is a bit noisy because of that. However, it is not really a big deal.
