Good place to stay if you prefer a beach vacation

Pros: The apartment was quite nice and mostly clean and gives you kinda wow impression when you first get there. The views from the apartment are something else though - it's simply breathtaking. The location is good if you decide to go for a beach holiday and stay most of the time in the apartment because otherwise you spend a lot of money and time on taxi to get to the city (but to be fair it's expected because of the location). You are allowed to use the nearby private beach and the complex facilities so it is really perfect for a beach holiday and to spend time on the complex territory rather then to be in the city center. The staff were amazing and responsive. There is also a small (and to be honest overpriced) convenience store downstairs in the building however delivery works just fine (e.g., the Careem app).

Cons: The apartment is a bit worn out, and the more you live there, the more you notice it. Like stains on the furniture and walls/ceiling, small ants in the kitchen, etc. The stove did not work. We contacted the staff, who were quite responsive; however, the problem wasn’t fixed while we were there because it would have meant waiting two days for the handyman. We decided not to wait and asked them to fix it after we were gone. We also faced a problem with the door lock - it's like a keypad where you enter a code and the door opens. However, for us after a day or so it just stopped working. We contacted the staff again and for the rest of the stay we just used a normal key - so no big deal really. A side note: while the location is good if you want a beach vacation, it’s better to book a place closer to the city center or even Dubai Marina than the Palm if you're planning to see attractions, because when you need to get to the city center or see some attractions, you spend quite a bit of money on taxis and also time in traffic jams (in most cases when we went out, we were stuck in traffic).

Pros: Amazing) very clean and comfortable apartment. we lived here for 2 weeks. the owner of the apartment responded to any questions very quickly. i will come back with my family here again

Pros: This 7th-floor apartment offers exceptional views and brilliant facilities for residents, including a swimming pool, beach, and restaurants. You can also buy food items from the convenience store on the ground floor (overly priced), and cook in the kitchen if you like, otherwise, you can also get food delivered almost 24/7. The main transport is taxis to get to the city or metro station so be prepared to spend time and money. Although we visited Dubai's main attractions for a couple of days, later we decided to stay in the apartment and enjoy Anantara facilities for the rest of our trip. I would like to revisit but next time just to enjoy the flat/views and facilities rather than Dubai.

Pros: Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Hotelanlage :) super Aussicht vom Balkon :)

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, с шикарным видом, огромная территория комплекса, 4 круглосуточных огромнейших бассейнов у которых детская зона с песчаным заходом, через каждые 50 метров спасатели, шезлонги бесплатные а вот полотенца не выдают, т.к. это частные апартаменты. В номере есть плита духовка микроволновка посуда посудомойка так что можно ехать семьёй и сэкономить на еде в ресторанах. В самом номере огромная кровать в спальне дополнительный 2х местный диван, например для детей и огромный удобный диван для отдыха, большой балкон с удобными креслами. Все необходимое если этого нет доставят арендодатели.

Cons: Нет транспорта кроме такси, ну это же Пальма, единственный магазин с очень дорогими ценами, это же Пальма, цены в ресторане и барах комплекса тоже завышены Все это решается доставкой еды и продуктов или поездкой до ближайшего ТЦ.
