Pros: I absolutely loved my stay here! The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and super clean. You couldn’t ask for a better location — just a few minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The host was very helpful, check-in was smooth, and all instructions were clear. I felt super comfortable throughout my visit. The building amenities like pool and gym were amazing too with stunning view! Highly recommended. Thanks to the host Fatima for making my trip easy and pleasant.

Pros: We arrived late at night and were warmly welcomed — everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared, including fresh towels and help with some late-night requests. Communication with both the landlord and property manager was impeccable from start to finish: fast, clear, and genuinely helpful. The apartment itself was lovely clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I’ve stayed in the same building before with other landlords/property managers, and honestly, those experiences were far below expectations. I was hesitant to return because of that, but this stay completely changed my mind. The difference in quality and care was obvious. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a reliable and smooth stay in Dubai.

Cons: Bad water infiltration/mould in the bathroom.

Decent apartment in an amazing location

Pros: Location is excellent! Dubai Opera is 5 minutes away. And once you exit the lobby, the Burj Khalifa is straight in front of you! Building is also nice and well-maintained. Elevators always coming quickly.

Cons: I’m a pro AirBnB user but this time it was quite difficult to find the building’s entrance, also the parking slot in the garage. Check-in altogether took appr. 30 min (with security at the gate telling me to go to first to check-in with the building’s security at the reception, which means you need to find a free pick & drop slot first, then issues at the reception, then go up to the apt, take the parking access card, go back to the car, drive again to the gate, find the parking lot where another car parked, walk around with the luggage in the basement and find the right staircase…). This certainly only a difficulty if you come by car, otherwise you may avoid these issues.

Pros: The location was very good and the apartment clean and had a nice balcony. The view we had was unfortunately not seeing the Burj khalifa but that was okay.

Cons: The oven was not working so we couldn't use it. And no glass was available to drink water or coffee. The access cards were missing but the security was informed so we could access. Overall was a great stay though !

Pros: I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Dubai! The apartment is perfectly located just minutes from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, making everything super accessible. The Wi-Fi was incredibly fast, which was a big plus since I needed to work during my trip. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was extremely professional and kind—everything was organized perfectly from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this place for both business and leisure stays. Will definitely return!

Cons: It wasn’t easy to get there. The information wasn’t enough. I had to call the host many times to find the correct location, key and parking.
