Pros: The place is in a very good location. It's very close to Dubai Mall just walking distance. The views from the apart are amazing. Very good views. The apartment is spacious.

Cons: The address is not complete to find the location. It's states near Dubai Mall but does not state name of building. The charges on booking.com and at the apartment is very different. I did not get my full deposit and the people from the apartment are not giving information to why and how much they deposit for me to lose 313dhs to bank charges. Transparency, honesty and loyalty is missing from silk valley apartments. Basic amenities like water were missing. Suggestions to provide basic starter pack like water and teas. The customer service that we received was not the best all. The place is great but the service is not matched. The sofa in 2028 has water marks and dusty dirty marks and look like it has has been burnt by cigarettes. Still trying to resolve the issue for my deposit that I didn't receive in full
