Pros: ‏The stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment was very clean, and everything we needed—shops and restaurants—was right downstairs. The beach was very close as well. I will definitely book the same place again in the future.

Great comfortable apartment.

Pros: Beautiful apartment, lovely views and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Their communication was quick and efficient. Very comfortable and the location was great. We would definitely return

Cons: We were a little confused on how to enter the building at first but that could have been more so down to the taxi man from the airport.

Great value for money / location

Pros: It was very spacious appartment, in a building very close to the Jumeira Beach Residence (100-150m away), with a great view over Dubai Marina and Dubai overall (it was 42nd floor). Appartment was very clean and easy to be used. Market was close, in a building complex, as well as pharmacy and other things. Communication with owner was very nice, helpfull and easy.

Cons: Traffic in JBR is generally very crowed & noisy through entire day, so you need to be patient - althou this is not up to appartment owner. Proposals for better service: to have shower gel and shampoo, tea towels were missing.

Good for family

Pros: Location is perfect, Super market, beach, Tram and metro stations are just a few steps away from the apartment. Two bathrooms and big bath tubs, big flat screen Android TV. Overall very good place for family.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment! The location was perfect, with a tram stop right outside the building and a metro station just a 15-minute walk away. The views of the marina and city were breathtaking. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful.

Very good value for money!

Pros: Large, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen, living room, small balcony from the living room. The apartment comes with 1 parking space in the garage. Amazing view of the marina. Clean and tidy apartment, 24 hour shop nearby. JBR beach is also close and there are many restaurants in the walking street. Very good value for money!

Cons: There is a fan that you can't turn off because it belongs to the building and the cold was constantly coming from there, so in January, when the nights aren't so warm, it's not so pleasant, but you can close the door and then it's not cold in the rooms.

An exceptional property in a perfect location—couldn’t have asked for more.

Pros: High quality and clean accommodation with all the amenities in a prime JBR and Marina location. The views from the lounge and bedroom and balcony were stunning!

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Lovely spacious, comfortable, bright and modern apartment with amazing views!

Pros: The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright! The decor was tasteful and modern. The views of the marina and city were amazing. The kitchen was a good size and well equipped. I couldn’t really fault the apartment. WiFi was very strong too. There was a carrefour supermarket on site, the swimming pools were clean. There is also a pharmacy/clinic onsite too which is useful. A 2 minute walk off the complex and you are on The Walk, with all of the shops and restaurants, cinema, you name it. Another 2 minutes and you’re on Jumeira beach. We didn’t venture to the marina side so can’t comment on that, although it was a few minutes walk away. Perfect for a family of 5 with 3 young children.

Cons: I think some attention could be given to cosmetic finishes, paintwork, seals, and a more thorough cleaning. We couldn’t find the children’s playground onsite.
