Great Location For JBR - The Walk

Pros: The location was brilliant. Just across the road from JBR Beach, restaurants, shops and cinema. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. It was great to have all modcons like washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, etc. Maintenance came quick to fix the blocked drain in the ensuite.

Cons: You have to walk up a lot of stairs to get above the shops and arrive at the entrance to the building, which isn't great when you have a big suitcase, or are just tired at the end of the night. There is a lift, but it's around a corner which is slightly inconvenient, but not the end of the world. The lifts in the apartment only display the floor number the lif is on on the ground floor. So one day I pressed the button to leave the apartment and waited 5-10 mins with no idea if the lift was coming. I ended up walking down from the 31st floor which was exhausting when you don't have aircon in the stairwell. It would have been nice if the master bedroom had a TV in it.
