Murjan Suites Waterfront Jumeirah Beach Residence The Walk & Dubai Eye & Beach & Marina

Pros: Perfect location Nice apartment Good communication with the owner

Great location, very spacious apartment.

Pros: We got all the information we needed from the apartment owner, even a video of how to use the door lock. The owner was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The on site supermarket was the best one we visited in the area, with great product selections,, including hot food dinners and very friendly, helpful staff. Very good service.

Cons: One of the kitchen sockets was broken and the microwave had the wrong plug type so we couldn't use it. We did inform the owner and he said he would deal with it.

Nice place, but would recommend exercise additional caution when checking-in.

Pros: The location is awesome, very close to the public beach, Marina mall is within 10 minutes walking distance and the whole area is just high end.

Cons: Make sure to make photos of everything right after you enter the apartment. And report anything immediately after you consider something out of normal. I was charged more than 100 USD for a damage of the carpet on the basis that it was burned by the cigarette, even though I or my family do not smoke. I did not notice the hole in the carpet and had to dish out additional damage payment with no fault of mine.

Great apartment for price point would stay here a month or more

Pros: Very large apartment with lots of amenities downstairs nice area to live walk and good to have full kitchen and laundry
