Pros: The staff are really so helpful and so professional, especially missTushina and mr. Hera. Location is very good and the bed is so comfortable.

Cons: I wished that cleaning the room is on daily basis, and not only upon request.

Loved our Dubai stay and would choose this accommodation again.

Pros: Super comfortable and convenient for our 9 night stay. Good facilities and extra comfy bed. Balcony with great views and excellent pool. Warm greeting when we arrived.

Cons: Nothing for us. Shower over the bath could be a problem for some guests.

Pros: Great location. Direct access to the Dubai Mall from inside the building. Burj Khalifa within walking distance. Taxis and metro are within easy reach.

Relaxing hassle free stay!

Pros: Easiest check in. Toiletries included. Excellent gym with steam/sauna. Free complimentary house keeping. Lobby 2 min walk direct access to zara dubai mall. Concierge 24/7. Late checkout till 1pm. Full Burj Khalifa and fashion avenue view from balcony.

Cons: No luggage storage. But behind costa coffee ☕ which is 5 minutes walk from lobby - there is dubai mall luggage storage around 50 AED for large suitcase for whole day. Aparment looking a little run down with time but nothing major.

Pros: Good comms by host, good apartment with everything you need and a nice pool too. Great area, everything easily accessible and good value too. Even had a nice view from the balcony, highly recommended.

Best place to stay in downtown Dubai

Pros: Everything.We always stay in this tower when in Dubai. First time in this particular apartment. The apartment is well maintained and clean with nice details to spoil guests. Perfect location and on high floor with beautiful views and easy access to Dubai Mall.

Cons: I didn't like leaving.

Pros: The property is worth spending as it gives you spectacle views of the Burj and its surroundings We also had access to all the amenities available like the worlds largest infinity pool along with the gym Spa and Sauna
