INA Homes-Residences Tower 7 Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain Views

It’s hard to drag yourself away from the windows and that view of the Burj Khalifa!

Pros: The location of this property is fantastic and the views over Burj Khalifa certainly give it the wow factor! It is spacious and staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool is great and we didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay.

Cons: There is limited equipment in the kitchen if you were planning to fully self cater but we mostly ate out.

Pros: Very clean and great location with perfect views of fountain and burj khalifa

Pros: Everything. To be quite honest, I was surprised at how much I paid for this considering the location, amenities in the area, accessibility to absolutely everything and that view? Phenomenal! We had comfy seats in the living room to watch the fountain being turned back on. Absolutely loved having a washing machine as it meant we came home with no dirty laundry, too! Spinneys is a literal 2 min walk away to get all the essentials. The host was also really lovely - so kind and responsive.

Cons: Wifi was a little poor in the bedroom but honestly, I already knew about this from other reviews so how can I really complain! Just make sure you have a good data roaming plan, or get an e-sim, and you’ll be fine!

Perfect view and location!

Pros: The best view and location- direct in downtown! You can watch the fountains and Burj Khalifa all the time. Modern equipment in the apartment! Good service!

Cons: There is no coffee mashine. The rest was perfect!

Pros: The apartment is centrally located. Very convenient location and within walking distance to Dubai Mall. The view from the apartment to Burj Khalifa and the show with the fountains is amazing

Pros: Direct View of burj khalifa, helpful concierge (Raman and Rizwan) and walking distance to dubai mall, 2 br with 1 big king size bed and a day bed and queen size bed in room no2.

Cons: No mineral water provided. handwash and shower gel provided are of a very low grade. It’s worth to invest at least dettol or palmolive brand or something of the same.

Nice apartment, amazing views.

Pros: Great location, on 37th floor so really nice views of the area. view of the burj was incredible, spacious apartment with air conditioning and one on suite room. The large bed was lovely as had a memory foam mattress!

Cons: They need WiFi boosters I order to have the WiFi reach the bedroom. There was a bug squashed on a towel. The light for the balcony was dodgy Unexpected £100 or 500AED deposit for the one night stay, luckily we had but this wasn’t mentioned when I looked, unless I missed it. We did get entire deposit back.

Absolutely amazing views in beautiful apartment.

Pros: The view was outstanding, amazing, best part of the apartment. Absolutely enjoyed the view from 37th floor. The rooms are big and beds are comfortable, apartment looks very nice and elegant, i would definately recommend it.

Cons: The kitchen sponge was re-used after previous quests, usually that should be replaced for new one for each client. Unpleasant smell from sewage system in one of the bathrooms. No extra toilette papier.

Pros: Great appartment 10-15 mins from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Marvelous view on Burj Khalifa and Fountains! Everything like described and expected. 10/10 Stayed here with small (3y old) kid and teenager. 2 big bedrooms (one with additional bed), 2 bathrooms, big living room, washing machine with dry function (that was really great for us). Thank you for great vacation!
