The view is best in the world

Pros: The view is the best in the world . It looks like The Burj Khalifa and fountains show is for you . Good view and feeling like Burj Khalifa and fountains show you are watching from first row . Walking distance to the Dubai mall, supermarket few minutes away , restaurants , coffee shops around. The host very helpful too. Resolved all small problems immediately. Be back again .

If I visit Dubai again for shure I will ask first Mr. Omush for availability of this apartment

Pros: Location is amazing, just in front of fountain and Burj Kalifa building. Dubai mall is almost in your yard. You can enjoy this view from 36th floor and watch fountain any time of the day. Good supplied market and pharmacy are a just minutes away. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, clean and well managed. Mr. Omush is very kind and helpful, always ready to make your stay to feel like home.

Cons: The bathrooms are a little bit dated, maybe they need some renovation.
