Beautiful apartment, fantastic location in downtown Dubai with the Burj Khalifa around the corner.

Pros: The apartment was fabulous. Comfortable, spacious and well decorated. The views were great, pool and gym fantastic, but the best thing was the location. From the moment I booked the communication and information was excellent. I had a number of questions and they all were answered promptly. The host went over and beyond what I normally receive when booking accommodation. The host provided 5 star service. I highly recommend this venue and I will most definitely stay again.

Cons: Cafe downstairs was expensive and staff not friendly. Nothing negative to say about the apartment itself.

A perfect stay — stunning apartment, great location, and seamless service from start to finish!

Pros: I had an exceptional stay! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless — early check-in was accommodated without issue, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. The apartment itself was spotless, modern, and exactly as described — with breathtaking views of both the sea and Downtown Dubai. The space was well-designed, with every amenity thoughtfully provided, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed internet. It felt more like a five-star hotel suite than a rental. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, yet peaceful and private. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and stress-free stay in Dubai. I will definitely be booking again. Thank you for a flawless experience!

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, everything was just as expected and well taken care of

Pros: I really like the overall layout and natural lighting in the property, it feels spacious and welcoming. The kitchen, living area and bedrooms are well-designed for both everyday use and entertaining, and I appreciate the modern finishes (TV in all rooms, kitchen facilities etc). The location is also a big plus, with easy access to places of interest( Dubai Mall) and transport links (Metro)

Cons: N/A
