Pros: Great location - 15 minutes walk to Buj Khalifa, supermarket right in front of the door. The appartement is spacious enough for two and clean. It's nicely furnished. The swimming pool has an amazing view on Burj Khalifa, not to be missed. Hosts are very responsive. Overall a great value for money in Dubai. Absolutely recommend.

Cons: A little dining table would have been nice, difficult to eat at low labkes, and the cushions on the terrace would urgently need to be replaced. Just note that though downtown, this place is quite far from the metro, but there is Bolt and Uber to take you to the metro, not expensive and available.

Pros: Super Lage Die Terasse ist einfach wow Man konnte immer jemanden erreichen sehr nette Dame und die Lage ist perfekt nur 4 minuten entfernt zum Burj Khalifa und wirklich toll um am Abend durch die Straßen zu gehen

Pros: -In 5 Minuten am Burj Kalifa -Super Lage, toller Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing -Die Terrasse ein Traum -tolle Ausstattung-alles da

Great place - highly recommend - grt option for those who like to do their things and food at home- prime location

Pros: Great location - supportive host - well decorated - amazing view and location for affordable price- NO HIDDEN TAXES or costs. Balcony and View outside is great, inside not any less of advertised pictures.

Cons: Its not really a hotel so a service of keeping luggage after signing is not available, although in my case the host did his best and helped me to sort it out….
