Luxurious 2-bedroom Apartment in Downtown with Burj Khalifa View

First time in Dubai - 2 adults and teenager, a luxurious break

Pros: Beautiful apartment with all facilities to cook, wash and relax a true home from home. 15 minute walk to Dubai Mall and the iconic Burj Khalifa. Close to local supermarket and pharmacy and coffee shop. Apartment complex had a pool with sun loungers and lifeguard on duty also had a fitness room.

Cons: Fountains were under renovations unfortunately. Dusty due to construction. Unsure about nearest metro/ local transport.

Waking up to the iconic skyline and watching the Burj Khalifa shows from the comfort of our living room was nothing short of magical. It felt like having a front-row seat to the heart of Dubai. The location was also perfect—close to top restaurants, shopping, and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet when we needed to unwind. Our host was warm, welcoming, and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We’ve stayed in many places, but this one stands out as one of the most memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Dubai in style!

Pros: La ubicación excelente, las instalaciones del edificio excelente, el piso está bien distribuido, tamaño perfecto para dos habitaciones! Estacionamiento perfecto, varios ascensores, la vigilancia perfecta! Tienes un supermercado justo frente....podéis ver el Burj kalifa desde el salón del piso, la vista es agradable, salir del piso y tenéis miles de restaurantes, cafes, tiendas, y en unos 8 minutos llegáis al Burj Kalifa andando, excelente la ubicación sin duda...La atención del señor quién está a cargo es excelente, esta atento a todo, y puedes escribir ✍️ y resuelve cualquier duda, el piso es fenomenal. W

Cons: La puerta de la ducha principal necesitan reparación 🚿 no está en perfectas condiciones, difícil abrir y cerrar! Un poco ruido, entra del tráfico !

Pros: Appartamento molto spazioso, ben arredato, piscina ben tenuta e pulita. Posizione a due passi dal Burj Khalifa e Dubai Mall.
