Good location, great value,

Pros: Great location with parking. Convenient mini-mart at the base of the tower and nice view of the Burj Khalifa from the.spacious balcony. Excellent value for money Very responsive host

Cons: A couple of very minor niggles on check-in but all quickly sorted by the host. Living area away from the balcony is quite small and struggled with working the TV, but still very happy with the stay.

Pros: We stayed at the property for 8 days in November and really enjoyed it. We really liked the apartment, it has a top location, close to the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall, and there are restaurants and shopping options nearby. The owner Fari is very helpful and friendly. We definitely want to come back and can only recommend the apartment. Doreen and Christian

Pros: Lage war absolut super (24. Stock). Der Ausblickt genial auf den Burj Khalifa. Kurze Strecken zu laufen zum Khalifa oder der Mall. Taxi waren immer kurzfristig zur Verfügung. Würde dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Our overall experience was great and good value for money.

Pros: Prime location, near to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, near a bus station going to the metro station, near to many grocery stores, cafes and dining places. The apartment is clean, has all the necessary things needed if you plan to live there for a couple of days, the owner is very kind and helpful, easy access to amenities like the swimming pool, very good view especially during the night, has a big balcony and is located on a high floor.

Cons: Nothing.
