Pros: The location was amazing. Only 10 mins walk from the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera. We enjoyed seeing the Dubai Fountain display. The highlight of our trip was an evening listening to jazz at the Dubai Opera.

Best to stay near Burj Khalifa

Pros: The place and amenities were excellent, and I will definitely come back again during my future business trips to Dubai. The room was lovely, spacious, and perfect for 2–3 people. The host was very helpful, arranging a super late-night check-in and also making a late check-out smooth and hassle-free. The staff and host were extremely friendly, and overall it’s the best place to stay at an affordable price. Highly recommended!

Would stay again!

Pros: Great space and location. Nice to have use of a pool too and washing machine.

Cons: Check in took a while. Just wanted to go to bed at 230am!

Best value for money if you want to avoid taxi in order to visit Downtown of Dubai

Pros: Amazing location. The cheapest you can get so close to Dubai Mall, Dancing Fountain etc. It is just here 2 minutes walk. I liked that 80 meters away there is a 24 hour supermarket with nice clean food products.

Cons: Needs more kitchen appliances. The kitchen needs to be better equipped with Boiling pot, Spaghetti strainer, Cutting board.

Perfect stay, walking distance to Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this charming property in Dubai! The place was really cute, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The pool was not only convenient but also offered stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, making it a perfect spot to relax. The spacious balcony was another highlight—great for hanging out and enjoying morning coffee with a view. The location is unbeatable, right beside Dubai Opera in a beautiful neighbourhood. The metro station, grocery, restaurants are nearby, and iconic attractions like the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain are all within walking distance. A big thank you to our host for making our stay so comfortable! The check-in and check-out instructions were super clear, which made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Dubai!

Pros: Large, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an exceptionally central location. Host was also very responsive and prompt to address any queries or requests.

Cons: Small thing, but a manually-activated water heater means no spontaneous showers.

Spacious apartment with Best Location I could ever imagine !!!

Pros: I loved the apartment, it was spacious , crystal clean with amenities more then needed. With building amenities like sauna, swimming pool, it wasn't anything less then Ramada hotel which is next to it at half the price. (I was amazed to see that Ramada has identical building as this one with same access to amenities). The location is simply amazing, Burj khalifa is right in front of building along with Supermarket, Salon, tons of restaurants down the building (Thanks Mini for the recommendations). The most amazing thing was the Dubai mall fountain area private access 24/7 , which is totally worth every minute. For a short trip to Dubai, this is best as everything is on walking distance.

Excellent Location and clean apartment

Pros: The location is perfect for a short trip to Dubai. The apartment is spacipus and clean with parking as an additional and very useful benefit considering the area. Mini was very helpful and assisted throught the stay. Thank you.
