One bedroom Apartment in Dubai Marina next to the Marina Mall

Fabulous family stay the host arranged a cot and high chair for my baby

Pros: Nice clean apartment the communication was so good through out and the location was perfect right near the marina and the train station.

Perfect

Pros: Great location, super close to the beach and Dubai Marina. Everything is within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient. The area has plenty of restaurants, cafes, and nice places to walk around.

Cons: The only major downside is the noise from the nearby construction site and the highway.

I highly recommend this place!

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location, which is a big advantage. It is very close to Marina Mall, with a pharmacy in the building, Carrefour just a 3-minute walk away, and the DMCC Metro Station about a 7-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to get around the city. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped, with a washing machine, a fully functional kitchen, and a microwave. A dedicated parking space is included, which is very convenient if you rent a car. Communication with the management was very efficient — they responded quickly and handled any issues promptly. The swimming pool and gym are really good: clean, well maintained, and comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

Cons: The building is located on a main road, and the apartment’s windows face the main street, which is why it can be quite noisy at times. There are no full blackout curtains in the living room, making it difficult to fully cover the windows and block the light. It would also be helpful to provide two towels per person (one small and one large). Having only two large towels for two people for an entire week is not sufficient, especially since the apartment is not serviced during the stay and towels are not replaced. Overall, these are not major issues, but worth mentioning for improvement.

Pros: Supercentralt vid Dubai Marina och bra hjälp från värd.

Cons: Finns några enkla saker att fixa till för att det ska bli en 10:a. Gardiner borde finnas i hela vardagsrummet så det täcker alla fönster. Handdukar borde bytas åtminstone 1 gång/vecka vid veckoboende. Bäddsoffan är väldigt liten för två personer och konstig i formen så man sover inte skönt. En köksstol till borde finnas då lägenheten är för fyra men bara tre köksstolar. Konstigt att balkongen inte har några sittmöbler även om det är en trafikerad väg utanför kanske några ändå hade uppskattat att ha åtminstone en liten stol och ett bord att sitta vid. För de som är känsliga för trafik kan det bli jobbigt att höra trafiken men för oss var det inga problem. Just nu bygga det precis utanför så det låter dock dagtid en hel del men inget som störde oss då vi var utomhus och gjorde saker om dagarna.

Pros: Struttura perfetta e ben organizzata. Posizione ottima a due passi dalla parte pedonale di Dubai Marina e alla metro. Dubai Marina mall e Carrefour raggiungibili in 5-10’ al max.

Cons: Poco scuro nell’altro soggiorno per chi dorme in quella zona
