Awesome Experience, best to be in Dubai Marina

Pros: The location of the property was superb….its hardly 5 minutes from Marina beach…3-4 minutes from Dubai Metro and Marina Mall. Anna and Kirill i would say are just “AWESOME”…. Things were in place before we reached no hassle…the best part was communication was so smooth ans minimalist yet faced no issues at all. “I LEFT LIKE HOME” - once again all thanks to Anna and Kirill for Superb Experience Highly recommended to stay and will surely prefer to stay in future as well.

Cons: Cant remember if there was anything which i didn’t like about the property. Its flawless

Pros: Удобное расположение. В квартире два туалета, одна большая кровать и один большой расскладывающийся диван. На кухне есть вся посуда. Мы завтракали дома. Вид из балкона очень красивый. Мы остались довольны, с радостью бы ещё вернулись в эту квартиру.

Pros: Хорошее месторасположение: до пляжа минут 10 пешком, до метро минуты 4, рядом магазины, прогулочная зона, рестораны и кафе. 2 санузла. Заселение прошло отлично, прислали по ватсапу как попасть в здание, где взять ключ итд. на семью было 2 ключа от квартиры и 2 карты для лифта. В номере были зонты для пляжа, утюг, гладильная доска, стиральная и посудомоечная машины. На балконе есть кресла, столик и сушилки для белья.

Cons: На кухне были маленькие муравьи, их было немного, но продукты все пришлось хранить в холодильнике. Диван раскладной кожаный, не нашли никакого наматрасника, простынь постелили просто на кожаную поверхность. В ванной душ принимали аккуратно, чтобы не проливалась вода на пол, защитного стекла не хватает. На бортике ванны остается вода, нет уклона для слива

Pros: Отличное расположение! До пляжа минут 7- 10 пешком. Рядом много кафе, и магазинов . Молл за углом. В апартаментах качественная мебель, вся бытовая техника.

Cons: Все нормально. Есть мелкие недостатки. После принятия душа вода растекается по полу. После работы пылесоса, комнату приходится проветривать из-за ужасного запаха.
