Pros: Location was excellent, close enough to Dubai mall and local amenities. The layout and use of living space and storage for clothes was excellent. Everything in the apartment was cute and well put together. Made me feel comfortable and able to rest, eat and sleep at my leisure.

Cons: The bathroom was worn with dirty grout and no where to put my toiletries and makeup when getting ready. There is a cupboard on the wall with shelves but not accessible for convenient getting ready. The sink could be replaced with a better sink with shelving. Felt like a man designed the bathroom!

Pros: The location was perfect , just 10 minutes walk to dubai mall and burj khalifa. In front of apartment there is market , also there are so many cafes and restaurants,also photoshoot locations like dubai wings and etc.the staff is very easy to connect.highly recommended . And thank you guys everything was perfect

Pros: The apartment is very clean and luxurious, the location is great. The restaurants around it are top notch. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Great Dubai experience!

the best location possible

Pros: the flat was recently renewed. bathroom minimal design (which meets my personal taste). the best location possible in Dubai Downtown. management ladies very attentive and professional

Cons: little support surface next to bathroom sink (respecting the design) could help. kitchen rag for those short terms tourists/visitors would be also useful. bedroom area faces the boulevard with its night traffic, it may bother light sleepers (personally didn't at all)

Super location and excellent value for money.

Pros: The location was ideal being in Downtown Dubai close to numerous tourist destinations and with a supermarket within easy walking distance. Security staff in the building were very friendly and polite.

Cons: More large tumbler glasses would have been helpful . We only had one but six wine glasses. The tap to the wash hand basin was wobbly.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location in a modern and safe building. It’s a 10 minute walk to the mall and the Burj Khalifa. The staff is very friendly and polite. Very nice view!

Cons: It’s a noisy area since it’s in the middle of the city.

Pros: Bardzo polecam - idealna lokalizacja, dobry komfort, budynek i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. 7 min pieszo do Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall. Obok jest wiele restauracji, sklep. Pobyt uznaję za bardzo udany, apartament spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Pros: Ne-a placut faptul ca era in proximitatea centrului, foarte aproape de Burj Khalifa si Dubai Mall. Inconjurat de restaruante, chiar vizavi se aflau un supermarket si o farmacie care ne-au fost de mare ajutor. Apartamentul a fost foarte spatios si primitor perfect pentru un cuplu care merge in vacanta. M-a bucurat faptul ca am avut tot ce ne-a trebuit. Apartamentul este dotat chiar si cu masa si fier de calcat, perie de par si uscator de par, espressor, vesela, cuptor cu microunde.

Cons: A fot curat, dar era loc si de mai bine. Telecomanda nu prea functiona, dar oricum Netflixul era in limba araba.

Se si vuole avere più libertà dei soliti hotel, questo è un ottimo compromesso.Gli appartamenti sono comodi e con tutti
