Pros: The apartment’s location is unbeatable, right in the city center where you can truly soak in the luxury of Dubai. It’s not just the wonderful staff in the building who make you feel welcome, but everyone in the neighborhood and throughout the city. Every employee and local interaction added to the exceptional experience of staying here. The staff were always there to handle any question or request. Basic supplies, from welcome snacks and dates to coffee for early mornings with a beautiful view, were provided. For a stay of 1-2 people for up to 10 days, this apartment is a great choice. Ok I intend to come back to assess it for long-term rentals for freelancers and independent consultants. You can start enjoying Dubai right away without any hassle.

Cons: The proximity to the famous fountains means you can hear the music whenever the show starts. If occasional famous arias in the distance might be distracting, this might not be the place for you.
