Pros: I stayed in this apartment with my family and we had a wonderful experience. The location is truly exceptional — thanks to its height and prime spot, you can enjoy stunning views of several major attractions including Dubai Marina, Bluewaters Island, the Dubai Ferris Wheel, Palm Jumeirah, and even Atlantis. The apartment itself is very spacious, neat, and perfectly clean, making it ideal for a comfortable family stay. A special mention to Rajnish, the property owner — he is extremely kind, helpful, and a true gentleman. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai with family!

Amazing property with great facilities and an amazing view from the 83rd floor.

Pros: This was a wonderful property and was perfect for our friend’s 50th Birthday party. It is a beautiful place with modern appliances and great facilities with lots of space. We loved the many bedrooms which was perfect for our group. We spent lots of time on the balcony looking over the Palm and Dubai Eye. We used the formal dining room once and it was so nice. Raj and team were just fantastic and we so appreciated their attention to detail and kindness. The location is perfect at Dubai Marina and there are grocery stores, pharmacies and lots of things to do and eat right there. We shopped at Spinneys and had several excellent takeaway meals including PF Chang’s our favourite. We highly recommend the property and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It was fair value as well. 5 Star all the way. Thanks again Raj and team. You made it perfect!

Cons: It is a smart apartment so it takes a little to get used to how things work. Parking and pickup is a challenge and the best place is around the corner from the from door. Secure building so that takes some time to set up but we understand.
