2BR Jumeirah Beach front Residence

Loved every moment, will be visiting again

Pros: We were in jbr, supermarket was 1 minute away of our entrance

Spacious apartment in great location

Pros: Very spacious apartment, close to marina and beach, ideally located to explore the area. Great public transport links nearby.

Cons: There were works going on to the lifts which started in January so host would have known about them before our stay but we weren’t told. Would have saved us a lot of effort lugging heavy suitcases if we had been told how to get in. Tv was in Russian and despite host’s efforts to fix it they couldn’t. Slightly tired apartment.

Excellent location right next to the Walk and JBR, traffic quite busy at certain times. All food places on doorstep.

Pros: Nice big apartment with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and living room and balcony. Excellent location. Would book again.

Cons: There were building works going on at front entrance so we had to use car park entrance underground as as a result of the works there were just a few lifts operational and you could be waiting ages for a lift to be free.

Big spacious flat in great area. Equipment could be better though.

Pros: Great location. Very kind and helpful host. Flat spacious.

Cons: Bit on pricey side given the equipment in flat is quite old. Last time we had similar flat for same price, but really luxurious. This one is ok, but don´t expect anything fancy.

Pros: Excellent location to beach, marina, and also has short walk to tram which you take to get more central, also metro. Has gym and indoor swimming accessibility. Another bonus is parking and Starbucks just outside the building.

Cons: Only downside when driving getting back in to building because of awesome location the traffic is heavy especially in the evening and weekend.

Pros: El departamento es amplio y comodo. Se encuentra en una zona costosa pero excelente, a un paso de la playa, con centro comercial, restaurants, clubes de playa.

Cons: Todo excelente

Pros: ПЛЮСЫ: - отличное расположение в комплексе jumeirah между пляжем JBR и Мариной - большой, просто огромный трехкомнатный номер (зал и две спальни), кухня, два полноценных санузла, балкон - шикарный вид из окна на 16 этаже с видом и на пляж, и на яхты на марине - русскоговорящий хозяин номера и гид (женщина, которая встречает, инструктирует, открывает/принимает номер), все очень любезные и милые люди, отзывчивые и очень адекватные. - телевизор с русскими каналами и подключением к интернету - полноценная кухня + стиралка - отличный напор воды

Cons: НЕДОСТАТКИ: - старый фонд (весь комплекс Jumeirah построен в 2004 году, и похоже, ремонт с того момента не менялся) - сырость (в связи с отсутствием в эмиратах отопления, то влажный климат дает о себе знать и в помещениях) - несколько раз ломались лифты, и приходилось спускаться и (!!) подниматься на 16 этаж несколько раз за день (зато ноги накачали) - интернет желал лучшего - мебель немного устаревшая

Самое главное адаптеры в каждой розетке в наличии! Очень удобные матрасы на кровати, достаточное количество полотенцев,

Pros: Удобства и потрясающий вид из окон на море и на Марину , отношение хозяев на высшем уровне .

Pros: L'emplacement est fantastique. L'appartement était confortable et bien équipé

Cons: La rue est bruyante tout la nuit.
