A very comfortable stay with a wonderful host and great facilities.

Pros: The apartment is small but very cozy, well-equipped with everything you need, and the swimming pool is fantastic. The host is very kind, friendly, and always ready to help.

Cons: Nothing — everything was great!

Pros: We stayed here between Christmas and NYE: -good location in business district, near supermarkets, a few restaurants -brand new apartment in very nice building, with balcony and nice views, very clean, comfy bed, big smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, freezer, iron, toiletries, slippers, towels -access to the heated pool outside -access to an equipped and clean gym -nice lobby with a 24/7 reception and seating area -6 spacious elevators -faster check-in was possible on demand

Cons: -we didn't receive the full address until we asked for it upon arrival and the answer was a bit late -the communication with the host was a bit hard, since the phone number listed on booking.com was not the right number so I had to search for a contact on their vacation homes website -we had to wait for a member of the team to gives us the key personally -there is a security deposit on arrival that was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com, but you can pay cash or card -we asked for some stuff that were missing from the room (hairdryer, extra towels) and we received them after 3 days, but we did receive extra stuff from the team, so overall was ok -since the building is new and there are still constructions developing in some parts of it, the fire alarm went on by accident 2 days in a row, in mid day and it was a bit scary since we didn't know what it was -there were only 3 power sockets in the room, with USB, but two of them are in the kitchen, and only one by the bed, so if you have a lot of equipment be sure to bring extra, you can find adaptors in any supermarket I understand that it was a busy time during the holiday and I really hope that this feedback will help the property to be more prepared and have a faster communication system, so that all the guest have a very good experience. We got along with the communication part after all and I thank the people involved for being open to a faster chat. The apartment was great, the building and the staff too, so maybe it will do even better next time. Thank you!

Pros: Very clean. Kitchen tools enough for daily cook. The Area suit me very well, you can find easily groceries downstair. Walk distance metro station. And if you love to walk, this area is superb. You can explore the canal and downtown and Burj itself.

Cons: Mahmud assist me very well but just for one thing, cleaning tools, since Ilike to clean my room by myself, I asked about the cleaning tools even at the very first when I booked while ago, but it never showed up. So I just use tissue to cleaning here and there.. no vacuum even a simply broom.. But thats it.. overall this unit is so outstanding, will be back if I hv a trip in dubai but i will make sure they put vacuum cleaner first on the unit :))
