Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect: 5 minutes walk to Burj Khalifa, shop across the street, plenty of restaurants around. View from the pool was great. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Communication with the host was excellent. Friendly, quick to respond, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!
Cons: Panel over a bath would be better than shower curtain.

It’s everything worth it about
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very comfortable and convenient, with a beautiful view and a fantastic kitchen fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking. The most important highlight for me was the host, Ali – he is extremely attentive, kind, and always available to help with anything. The check-in process was smooth and easy, without any difficulties, and Ali made sure I felt welcome right away. The apartment is also in a great location, not far from Dubai Mall , with a 24/7 supermarket downstairs and a local café nearby where you can see the neighborhood atmosphere. I truly enjoyed the privacy and comfort of this place – it felt just like home. Also the swimming pool is amazing! I am very grateful to Ali for his professionalism, generosity, and warm hospitality. I will definitely miss this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Dubai!

Pros: É bem perto do Dubai mall e do burj, e tem mercado na frente.
Cons: Pegamos para Natal e réveillon, ficamos sabendo 2 dias antes do réveillon que eles fecham as dependências da piscina no dia 31, até mesmo para os moradores, achei um absurdo, isso não tá avisado aqui, porque pagamos muito caro para justamente ficarmos no imóvel durante os fogos. Tivemos que gastar com ticket e ficar na bagunça por conta disso. Foi decepcionante. Então se vc vai pegar com esse intuito, saiba, o prédio fecha toda a visão do Burj khalifa no dia 31. Segunda coisa: o barulho de supercarros, pessoas passam a madrugada fazendo corrida de velocidade e barulho em volta de downtown , e o apartamento é virado para avenida, acordamos toda hora com o barulho dos carros acelerando a madrugada toda, todos os dias, o isolamento acústico do apartamento não é eficiente. Terceira cosia, aluguei para poder cozinhar no apartamento, e não consegui, a geladeira estava estragada, o anfitrião foi bem solícito e eu não quis ser incomodada com alguém arrumando a geladeira enquanto eu estava lá, isso tinha que ser visto antes. A banheira não funciona, ela não fecha o ralo para tomar banho de banheira. Apenas isso obrigada.

The most perfect stay in Downtown
Pros: This was a last-minute booking that saved me after being left stranded by a scam listing elsewhere. The host was immediately responsive and provided check in details right away. The room was ready and perfect despite only having been booked just a few hours prior to check in! The location is absolutely unbeatable- right in the center of downtown. Plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchenette with dishware and cooking supplies - all were available. Even a washing machine! There is access to a wonderful pool with a Burj Khalifa view, a great gym, and walking access to several restaurants and coffee shops around. Super spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful boulevard. If you want a luxurious experience staying right in the heart of downtown, this is the place. I cannot wait to be back! Thank you
