Pros: Hapel was amazing, she deserves all the praise, helpful, kind, professional, just brilliant. Also the view from the balcony was amazing, as expected. Location was good as well.

Cons: The number of utensils for 9 of us was a bit low. We had smell coming from sewage for the last couple of days Second balcony was dirty, covered with dust, and chair broken. Covers of the chairs and sofa on the main balcony were stained all over. Some chairs at the main dining table require maintenance.

Great location, just as photos, will stay again although there was some unfortunate miscommunication

Pros: Very good location. Everything is as shown in photos and very convenient with parking, Dubai Mall, grocery shopping etc at walking distance. You can watch the Fountain show from the balcony. Washing machine, ironing board, full cupboard is provided. Also extra pillows etc. Only thing missing is dishwasher.

Cons: We experienced some unfortunate miscommunication between the host and the reception, which resulted in us not being informed about a fire alarm drill (no written message anywhere in the building, only old ones), so we started evacuating with my older parents down many flight of stairs (we were located on the 39 floor). We also only received one key card, which didn’t function very well with the parking entrance or fitness and the other card did not work at all. This could not be fixed under our stay. The host is quick to respond to emails. But the location, cleaning and view will make us book again.
