It was great . With attention to tv detail would have been excellent. Being a football watcher !!

Pros: Great property . Clear organisation for arrival . Facilities were great .

Cons: TV’s in lounge and main bedroom . Despite reporting that the listed films / sport channels were not working and it wasn’t dealt with despite reporting within 30mins of arrival

Forget about hotels and crowds, it doesn’t get better than this!

Pros: The residence is amazing and we had a lovely time during our stay. I recommend it to anyone who would like to a be a bit more far away from the noise&crowd and wants to have the comfort of a whole apartment in Dubai style. The rooms are big and spacious, the house is fully equipped, and we even had cleaning service twice during our stay. In the lobby there is a small supermarket so we always had what we needed without making any effort. The pool & jacuzzi was clean but Zenzi beach bar was also close, 200m away. Everything was perfect- even when we encountered small issues (door didn’t open on the first tries, our toilet got clogged, we wanted to have a late checkout) Gert and the whole staff from the residence helped us out immediately and took care of all our necessities and desires. Thank you Gert, we will definitely be coming back!!!

Pros: Wspaniały, piękny i przestronny apartament z kilkoma łazienkami i sypialniami. Wszystko czyste i pachnące. Spory basen z plamami a obok plaża z leżakami i parasolami. Wysoki standard.

Pros: Apartment quality/price ratio, supermarket 24/7, friendly and helpful staff (Ms. April), decent discounts in the Zabeel Saray's restaurants for residents of Grandeur, nice access to the beach

Cons: Balkon at the guest room was awful ( not clean), the bidet in the bathroom didn't work properly (the water drained extremely slowly at C404)
