This is a wonderful place to stay if you want peace and quite and a 5* accommodation.
Pros: The Unit was open for me when I arrived. We did have quite a few issues, these we resolved by providing us with a dedicated maintenance man. He got every thing working for us. This property was a 1 Bedroom, but no pool with it. The pool was fantastic but was for the whole building. This is a wonderful place to stay if you want Peace and Quite & 5* accommodation. If you want Action, Parties and enjoyment, then you have to go to JBR ( Jumeriah Beach Residence ), full of action 24 hours of the day !
Cons: The Balcony was small. Otherwise, every thing was good.

Superb stay in a great apartment with an excellent host!
Pros: Superb apartment. Very clean and spacious. Great host who was excellent with contact. Highly recommend. Great location on the beach as well!

Pros: Perfect place for staycation ,vacation with friends, family, access to the pool and lovely beach , supermarket in facilities just downstairs, staff is very friendly and helpful. Pet friendly place , apartment is very clean, spacious and view from balcony is beautiful. Very relaxing atmosphere in general. Parking is provided . We really enjoyed. Jogging track is just in front of residence, beautiful promenade is great for walking with nice view.

The best vacation in my life: good price+cuality
Pros: This was my best experience, all needed things we found in an apartment. It was very comfortable. There were all needed kitchen stuff: coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster and even Turk for coffee. The best was washing machine 😆 very needed when you travel without baggage. Also what we like the best was location. This place is something must be visited! Also pool area and beach were very nice. Stuff is nice and helpful as well! So highly recommend you to visit. Also need to mention that there is no food but I can recommend to have a shopping in Carefour or order food by Careem(fast and good), there are also mini markets downstairs inside the building. And we rented car, it made everything easier.

Pros: Wir haben 6 traumhaften Tage in der Wohnung von Irina, und träumen jetzt schon davon, unsere Reise zu wiederholen, 6 Tage sind definitiv zu wenig. Die Anlage ( ein Appartment-Haus ) hat einen sehr schönen Aussenpool, eigenen Strand mit Liegen und Schirme, 24 Std Rezeption, einen Fitnessraum und sogar eine Sauna, 2 Minimarkts ( Shops ) die 24 Std offen sind. Die Wohnung ist in sich sehr geräumig, hat 2 Badezimmer , einen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Personal ist immer da und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Direkt nebenan ist eine Uferpromenade. Für den entspannten Urlaub ist quasi alles einfach da. Wenn man mehr will, erreicht man Dubai mit der Taxi entweder direkt, oder bis Metrostation Dubai Internet City und weiter mit der Bahn halt. Alles problemlos. Wie gesagt, SEHR gerne wieder, und sehr zu Emphelen.
Cons: Ich habe keine Nachteile zu melden.

Pros: Прекрасно провели время. В апартаментах было всё комфортно для нахождения. Агент направил чёткую инструкцию как добраться. Дорога и наличие ключей не вызвало затруднений. На сообщения отвечали быстро, по-существу. Отличный, спокойный, малолюдный пляж.
Cons: Данная локация не предполагает пользование общественным транспортом. Такси или автомобиль. Некторая удаленность от городских активностей. Данное обстоятельство необходимо учитывать. Мы были готовы к этому. Для спокойного отдыха отличное место.

Всё было хорошо!
Pros: Просторные апартаменты, два санузла и гардеробная. Полностью оборудованная кухня и ОГРОМНЫЙ телевизор. Подогреваемый бассейн, море практически сразу при выходе из бассейна, много свободных лежаков и зонтиков. Вода чистая, пляж вполне приличный. И почти нет людей - это прекрасно, не сравнится с отелями.

Pros: Прекрасное местоположение, чистый большой бассейн, наличие продуктового магазина на 1м этаже. Оперативное решение вопросов с хозяйкой, ее готовность помочь и доступность для связи.
