Excellent stay for families in JBR

Pros: My family loved the location, the cleaners, and the friendly staff. The staff was easy to reach via whatsApp and always happy to help out with our inquires. They were warm and professional. The housekeeping are on alert 24/7 for any requests. The area is well-served with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets as well walking paths. All in all, we have a wonderful stay and highly recommend staying there for families.

great apartments and host

Pros: great location, comfortable apartments, great host Qstay - responded quickly and efficiently to any issues arising via whats up. we stayed there second time and would stay again

Cons: outside air temperature was a bit hot at the end of may - up to 41 C

Comfortable stay in the best location

Pros: Location - accessibility to everything in the area, shops that work non-stop, beaches, restaurants, shops, For a tourist, in my opinion, the best part of the city Spaciousness, spaciousness, spaciousness and equipment of the facility - comfortable and convenient. I would come back here again. Fast correspondence with the facility WIfi works great

Cons: Given that we rented an apartment, it is quite clear that luggage storage is not provided, but it would have been much easier for us if we have had that option, even for an additional payment.

Great stay

Pros: Spacious appartments, clean well, got plenty of kitchen rolls, toilet paper, cleaning stuff, cosy and comfortable. Location is on Dubai marina and close to the beach. Priville access was great bonus to use the nearby hotels swimming pools and beach with sunloungers, we liked the Double Tree Hilton hotel, also gave us 20% off food bill with Privillee. There were only 2 Privillee acsess cards per appartments, but we bought the 3d one with Q stay service team, around £100 for 5 working days. Amazing views from the balcony

Cons: Well, there was a smell from the bathrooms, hope it can be sorted or it is a general problem of all highfloors buildings.

My 6-night family stay at Shams 1

Pros: The deluxe apartment is OK ( nothing extraordinary)and very clean with spacious rooms and the living room overlooking the marina. We were supplied with enough towels and tissues during our stay The location ( JBR) is superb! 20/30 minutes to most of the major attractions in dubai ( dubai mall, mall of the emirates) and Palm Jumeirah. The Uber drivers were always punctual. There's JBR beach ( very amazing nightlife with a shopping area and rooftop bar), which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and dubai marina. We all loved it. It's a very busy area, especially during the festive/holiday seasons, and there are supermarkets that are open 24/7 , along with a pharmacy ( on the P level of the building) and loads of restaurants around, so you'll most likely get whatever you need. The comms rep. handling the WhatsApp chat responded, but it would have been better if there's a receptionist to speak with rather than typing.

Cons: The WiFi is only restricted to your apartment! Once you're out of it, you can't get connected so you have to be on time when you book an uber and rush downstairs so you don't get charged extra for keeping the driver waiting when he comes. In some cases, you can't communicate with the driver to be updated with his location due to the absence of WiFi when waiting for him outside.Also, the lift takes a bit of time to come when called. The TV doesn't have any channels, so we were stuck with watching youtube, and our amazon firestick wouldn't work there !!! The dining chairs need to be replaced as they're old. The traffic was appalling. Like I mentioned, it's a tourist location, so it was a very busy period while I was there. Even at past 1am, there was traffic!!! The lack of a reception/service desk doesn't help as having someone there would be better than having to chat with someone via WhatsApp every time. An intercom would have solved all the comms. The kitchen needs to have more equipment ( toaster and more utensils, for instance) The communal pool is located at shams2 and wasn't clean when I used it as there were leaves and some particles in it.

Pros: Excellent location and spacious apartment, recommended for bigger family stays.

Pros: a short distance to the beach and to the tram stop. The big sitting room is the advantage to socialize colleagues.

Cons: No breakfast served but there are many bars around with the free delivery. The lack for no scissors and there was not possible to connect laptops to TV what is very important for work to extend the displays (in RIMMEL apartments it was possible). The 4th single bedroom has no even small wardrobe

Wonderfull stay

Pros: Great appartement with a super location! Spacious. Clean. Friendly and easy reachable staff via whatsapp.

Cons: The smallest room doesn’t has any curtains, so impossible to make it dark.
