HiGuests - Charming Apt in JBR with Balcony by the Beach

Will definitely be staying here every time I’m back

Pros: Absolutely amazing location! Had everything needed! Very spacious

Cons: Don’t have a single thing to complain about

Very good value

Pros: The location, access to pool and gym and parking, friendly and easy communication with the property management staff (Farhan). Almost all amenities were available and working. Comfortable bed. The space is way bigger than 50 square meters that's mentioned in the details. At least 102 square meters.

Cons: There is a hidden deposit which is only communicated after you do the booking, but Farhan was kind enough to collect it and return it before my check-out. The furniture is not very new, the decoration can be improved, a big mirror other than the one in the bathroom can be added especially for travellers. Extra towels can be added for pool use. Please remove the not-working hair dryer from the bathroom, it can cause a tragedy because it's burnt but the motor works and produces smoke and a burning smell.

Fantastic Family Stay – Great Apartment, View, and Staff!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of four. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the location, the pool, the lovely balcony with a beautiful view, and the overall atmosphere of the building. Everyone we met was friendly, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. A special thanks to Peter for going above and beyond to make our stay more convenient and enjoyable. Highly recommend choosing this apartment and working with this great team!

Family-friendly apartment

Pros: Location top. The apartment is large and has everything you need. The agent was very helpful and explained everything in detail.

Dubai perfect comfort and location

Pros: Fabulous apartment, very comfortable with all mod cons, good location and parking bay in the underground car park.

Cons: No negatives at all.

A reasonably priced high class apartment at Jumeirah Beach

Pros: Fabulous size rooms with really good air con. Nice balconies with space to sit out. Very good location at end of Jumeirah beach

Cons: Poor location instructions and not easy to find the first time. Suggest saying to rear of Ocean View Hotel as that shows on Google Maps

Pros: Lokalita je to kousek od pláže, v okolí hodně restaurací, promenáda, možnost jít ja Marina Walk. Fajn bazén.

Pros: La ubicación es genial, el espacio del aparcamiento es muy bueno y cómodo.

Cons: I checked out on October 27, 2024 and November 12, 2024. 12 days and they still haven't returned the money in deposit, The information on Booking does not correspond to the actual location of the apartment. It is not easy to get to despite being in a good location. Tourists will probably have a very bad experience when looking for this location. They do not have a directory for information. Everything must be done through chat.
