Nice but a bit noisy

Pros: Resort and location, quiet around facilities. Good size apartment

Cons: Noisy street due to road right below balcony and windows not well sealed. AC super loud - impossible to keep on at night. Mouldy smell in all black cupboards incl fridge. Pots in the kitchen very scratched and only plastic utensils- very unhealthy to cook with. Matresses were worn out, but we managed to sleep. Staff were very robot -like whenever we contacted them - 0 effort or humility, they would not accommodate early/late check in/out even though we had a small baby. For a cot- what they wanted to charge us we used to buy a brand new one.

It was a wonderful time spent in the Emirates over the month

Pros: The apartment was clean, everything we needed was there, and the hosts responded to our requests, so I can rate it 10 out of 10. My only suggestion would be to replace the sofa bed in the living room, as it’s not comfortable even for a child to sleep on. The apartment is spacious but only suitable for two people in terms of sleeping arrangements that’s the only drawback. The location is wonderful, the hotel area is huge and impressive, with many pools and restaurants. We even got free towels at the beach, and the sunbeds were also free. Car parking is top-notch you just hand over the keys. However, if you plan to leave at night, make sure to arrange the car return in advance, as it won’t be possible to do it during the night. That’s just a recommendation. There is some noise from the street, but it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. We’ll definitely come back.

Cons: The sofa bed is very poor and uncomfortable; it’s not possible to sleep comfortably on it.

Cons: In my opinion, the prices of food and alcohol in nearby restaurants are highly inflated.

Pros: Breathtaking view of the sea and the Burj Al Arab... amazing amenities like the pool. Loved the apartment done up in modern decor...

Cons: No dustbin in the kitchen .. small dustbins in the other areas which could have been bigger. Information on availability of cleaners and food deliveries would have been helpful.

Excellent venue that ticks all the boxes

Pros: We spent six days here, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, though it could benefit from some furniture updates. Overall, it's excellent. The view of Burj Al Arab is truly stunning. The beach and the lagoon are amazing. Staff members are polite and very helpful. We highly recommend this place for a visit!

Cons: The apartment could use some minor updates, but nothing too drastic. Overall, it's an excellent space (keep in mind, we're low-maintenance individuals). Also, the hotel hallways are too cold for our liking, but again, that's just us.

Cons: Only thing was we needed a proper welcome pack to explain the facilities and resort layout etc. the reception didn't want to help as it was a privately owned apartment. That said the managing agent were very helpful and there was a concierge provided contactable by WhatsApp. Do ask in advance to make your stay smooth
