I tried many but this one is the nicest and most convenient appartment in Downton Dubai!
Pros: The location is ideal: right in Downtown Dubai, in one of the city’s most gentrified neighborhoods. Everything is extremely convenient — there’s a 24/7 minimarket just downstairs, bikes and scooters available nearby, taxis within a minute, and it’s all within walking distance of the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Opera. The flat is arranged with lots of taste, it's actually professionally designed, quality, comfort, 5***** level. The attention of the welcoming staff is remarquable, there is always bottles of water in the fridge, biscuits or chocolates as a welcome gesture, Nespresso capsules, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen — everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort from the moment you arrive. I always promised to come back, and so did I now already several times for my full satisfaction.

Top quality appartment in best downtown location!
Pros: The location downtown within the closest circle street to Burj Khalifa is really exceptional, comfortable and convenient. There is a 24/7 little supermarket near the building and it's easy to access everything from that place. The 2 rooms flat is large, in excellent condition, nicely decorated, with a particular quality of equipment and care for luxurious details, with real taste. It has two little balconies and one has an open view on Burj Khalifa. TV with immediate connection to your Netflix / Apple TV / YouTube accounts etc. Two minutes walk to the circle boulevard where you can get a scooter to get to The Dubai Mall in 3 min, to the beaches in 20min. I really enjoyed my stay and as I have to come to Dubai regularly, this was already my second stay in this flat. On top of all this, I want to thank the people who brought the keys, Vivi who is extremely kind and her colleague who is committed and helpful! Many thanks for the quality of this place and your service!

CLEAN, Comfortable, Great location , Nice people!!!
Pros: EVERYTHING WAS SUPER EXCELLENT!!!!! The lady whom welcomed me !! Very polite and very Eager to be of assistance at any time!! Following up during my stay , if I needed something! The room was very clean and very nice decorated New CLEAN , contemporary furniture Nice view , just 10 minutes from Dubai mall, Even the stuff at the reception very friendly A mini market across the street and very convenient to get a taxi/ uber.. Yes ! That is the one that I will always be staying!!! I am so happy I found it!!
Cons: There is nothing that i did not like! Everything was perfect!

Pros: Exceptional stay! This brand-new apartment in Downtown Dubai truly felt like a 5-star hotel. Impeccably clean, fully equipped, with an incredible Burj Khalifa view. Ideal location—walking distance to Spinneys, pharmacies, salons, and an array of restaurants. Loved the thoughtful touch of filtered water. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury and comfort in Dubai!

Pros: Spacious apartment with two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. An exceptional location just a few steps behind the Opera and the musical fountain, with a full view of Burj Khalifa from the large balcony of the bedroom. A Spinneys next door. Nice decoration, including a beautiful and heart warming electric chimney. All the amenities needed. Friendly welcome with unexpected early check-in.

An extraordinary experience that I love to do it again
Pros: An extraordinary experience that I love to do it again with the same stuff and seminar units I can’t preview by writing how lovely was everything starting from communicating with Vivi , then handling the paperwork with Shela and last checking out very smoothly with a great amount of kindness with Shela again A little advice if you like to stay in a similar home, you must be responsible that it is your second home and you have to take care of it and be aware you should be able to carry your luggage from entry until leaving because personal homes do not normally have luggage service stuff For me, it’s totally fine and please keep it up Cheers
