Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Communication was fast and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Great place for families. Highly recommended!

Our stay was wonderful — everything was comfortable, well-organized, and made my family and me very happy.

Pros: Amr was very kind and professional. He arrived right on time and explained everything about the house in detail. The furniture was comfortable, and he even welcomed us with water and fresh fruit for my family. The parking spot was ready, and everything went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again next time! Pros: I highly recommend this location, I have every reason to return, the owner was extremely attentive and nice to our needs. The apartment has an amazing view with a direct view of the burjkhalifa and the fountains. 20 for everything!!!

Amazing and comfy for 4 guests

Pros: The apartment was as good as described on the listing very close to burj khalifa it’s right in center of downtown not to forget this area is very expensive my host Mohammed was very professional regarding checking in was smooth I really enjoyed staying here and will come back

Pros: The location is great, you have a supermarket, pharmacy, everything within walking distance, as well as Dubai mall and a lot of restaurants in the boulevard. The apartment is clean and has everything that you might need. The hosts are friendly and helpful. It's home away from home!

Perfektní místo, milý a ochotný hostitel.

Pros: Místo nemohlo být lepší! Ubytování jsme využili pro náš krátký stopover v Dubaji. Hostitel byl velmi milý, ochotný a nápomocný, protože jsme potřebovali dřívější check-in. Komunikace s ním je snadná, přes WhatsApp. Apartmán je hezky zařízený, postele pohodlné, kuchyň má vše co potřebujete, k dispozici byly vody, čerstvé ovoce, káva... V okolí je spousta restaurací, míst s dobrou snídaní, pěšky se dostanete za necelých 10 minut do Dubai Mall. A jako bonus máte z balkonu fantastický výhled na Burj Khalifa a fontány. Ačkoliv je apartmán v úplném centru, nebyl z ulice slyšet žádný hluk. Bazén vypadal moc hezky, ale neměli jsme čas ho využít. Pokud se opět v Dubaji zastavíme, určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

Cons: Snad jen opotřebované těsnění v koupelně, ale to byl nepodstatný detail.
