Luxury Escapes - Stylish 1BR Apartment - Close to Metro in Dubai Marina - Cascade Tower

Pros: I've stayed at the apartment before so I knew exactly what I was getting. Excellent location and the apartment is very nice and comfortable.

Cons: I noticed on reviews that others have noted that the fridge leaks and it did on my first visit and still does. The main disappointment on this visit was that no one came to clean the apartment and it stated clearly on the conditions that this would be done once during my stay.

Cascades holiday

Pros: The apartment was spotless and in an excellent location for Dubai Marina and Metro

Cons: There was actually nothing to dislike

Value for money

Pros: Location was great with easy access to the Metro & Marina. Facilities seemed OK though we actually spent very little time in the apartment. First time we have used the key lock app but after a few initial problems it worked well - the app asked for a password but you don’t need one? Would use the apartment again.

A very good apartment for short business trips.

Pros: A very convenient location - 2 minutes walk from DMCC Metro station, many shops and restaurants in the vicinity, straight way to the beach (though 15+ minutes walk), equipped kitchen, big screen TV

Cons: A bit noisy sometimes because of the big road right next to the building.
