General comments

Pros: I like the facility in the location, the staff, the swimming Pool, Restaurant in the area

Cons: In general the apprtment was clean and excellent as furnituer, equipments, no of rooms and bathroom. Ii have couple of comments: * the AC it was not that perfuct and you need to do maintenance * also my comments related to bathroom facility like shampoo and shower gel at least you put a refillabl continer that you refill like the one in gym as I am not paying small amount.. * the location since you are in JBR and high traffic Season you have to manage your time and add buffer * cleaning policy need to reconsider (it was my mistake that I did not read the facility policy), but cleaning one in 7 days is very long and it should be one every 3 days. * changing the towels must be normal every day and not to like it to the full cleaning for the apprtment, I appricited that they have provided me with a full set of towls during my stay in addition to the one was there during check in. * power supply was minimum in the apprtment. Pros: Location was excellent and apartment was beautiful had plenty of room for a family of four

Pros: Al Bateen residences was located in a prime central location on the JBR - the apartment was exceptional, spacious & very well equipped and most importantly clean! The Al Bateen residences has private beach and x2 private pools (x1 children and x1 family) - the pools were perfect for us, especially with young children who spent most of their times in the pool during the day, the pool was cool and clean.

Pros: Удобно , когда ты общаешься с консьержем! Нас дождались, хотя мы приехали после окончания работы консьержа!

Cons: Огромные пробки для подъезда к зданию. Поменяли работу светофоров и можно 50 метров ехать 40 минут

Increíble

Pros: La ubicación y las vistas desde todo el apartamento eran impresionantes especialmente desde la habitación principal. El apartamento es amplio y muy bien decorado tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Está muy bien equipado y con gusto en cada detalle. La zona es muy animada y en los alrededores, andando, hay una gran variedad y oferta de ocio, restauración, tiendas, supermercados, playa, paseo marítimo... en definitiva todo lo necesario para pasar unos días maravillosos. El anfitrión es muy atento y encantador, estuvo pendiente de cualquier necesidad que nos pudiera surgir, haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera increíble. Sin duda repetiría y lo recomiendo 100%

Highly suggested space!

Pros: Everything was fantastic. Staff are responsive and supportive, amenities and facilities as noted in the listing. Nearby restaurants and cafes and The Walk next to the building was filled a whole family evening activity in itself. Highly recommended space.

Cons: The bottleneck in the traffic light that leads up to the residence can be rather annoying and cause a delay to arrive or leave the area.

Cons: Douche dans la petite chambre sans parois. Idem dans l'autre chambre avec deux lits Manque un peu de luminosité dans la douche de la suite parentale
