Pros: Close distance to all attractions of the JBR. Clean, well-maintained apartment equipped with all essential kitchen items. The bedroom window overlooks the Marine. One of the bathrooms has a whirlpool bathtub. Very good contact with the apartment host

Cons: Swimming pool and gym are located outside the building and are common to several buildings
