Elite Royal Apartment - Sky Series - Ful Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - Prodigy

Unforgettable...

Pros: Excellent apartment. The location was perfect, near Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The view from the apartment was amazing. We suggest it to everybody. Our host Reynan was very polite. He explained everything and was there for us for any question and inquiry. He made our stay very pleasant.

Cons: The quality of the breakfast could be a little bit better, regarding the excellence of the apartment.

Pros: Great apartment with an outstanding view directly to the fountain and Burj Khalifah. The services and facilities are great. The host Lorena is sociable and polite, her welcoming and response to requests exceeded my expectations. The car parking is just downstairs at B2 and easy to catch the elevator heading to the apartment. 24/7 secure area and access is a must to enter the parking and the lobby.

Cons: A few simple things actually and nothing big. Have noticed the sofa base needs to be replaced. When you sit down, you can feel the wooden frame because the cushion has worn out over the years. I even had to put a blanket under me to sit comfortably while watching TV. Another point, there's the noise from the construction next door. It’s temporary and mostly happens during the day, but sometimes they work late, which can be a bit disruptive. One last thing, the fees and extra charges are the most expensive compared to what booking is offering. Had to pay (Environmental fee per stay + 21.50 % Property service charge + Destination fee per night) the total fee was 61.3% including VAT. Kind of expensive and needs to be reconsidered.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, consisting of three bedrooms and a living room. It's very clean. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. It's also very close to The Dubai Mall, just a ten-minute walk away. The breakfast was excellent; the food was clean and delivered to the apartment on time. Our host, Cherry, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and was in constant contact to ensure our comfort and that we had everything we needed.

Pros: كل شيء ممتاز الموظفين في منتهي الذوق واللطافة و التعاون كل شىء متوفر في المكان ومريح ونظيف الإفطار لذيذ وكمية كبيرة لو يكون في تنوع اكثر افضل الڤيو رائع إذا بنزل دبي مستقبلا بيكون وجهتي الأولي

Außergewöhnlich Lage, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr nette Gastgeber

Pros: Die Lage des Apartments war außergewöhnlich. Toller Ausblick auf den burj kalifa und auf die Fontaine. 10 min läuft man zu Dubai mall. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse was das abholen von einem Taxi sehr erleichtern. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 17 Stock. Der Portier war sehr freundlich. Der Manager des Apartments auch. Alles wurde direkt erledigt (Adapter Steckdose) wir konnten problemlos unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängern. Das Frühstück wurde immer pünktlich geliefert. Es war alles sehr lecker. Obst, Käse, Wurst, Waffeln, Marmelade.. es war alles dabei. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
