Elite Royal Apartment - Full Burj Khalifa & fountain view - Pearl

Great days!!!!!!

Pros: Everything was as the same from the pictures. All the solutions were ready and confort with an amazing view gave great days to my family.

Cons: The fountain (water show) was not working, and there was no information no the description.

Pros: Good location with full view of the Burj and fountains. Nice spacious apartment with all the amenities

Cons: Lack of variety for breakfast. Just Arabic and continental. Not much alternative if you don't like eggs. Poorly scheduled maintenance.

Pros: \

Pros: I recently booked the apartment through Grace, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process, from initial inquiry to final check-out, was incredibly smooth, thanks to Grace's efficient communication and attention to detail. Moreover, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and conveniently located. Grace's professionalism and dedication to providing excellent customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Burj Khalifa view from apartment was amazing.

Pros: The location, the design of the apartment, and the balcony views not forgetting the swimming pool area and the evening burj Khalifa view. Special thanks to Reynan for the hospitality, smooth check-in, and early apartment access.

Cons: The receptionist wasn't available at mid night when we wanted to check out.

Good stay

Pros: Location, staff, view and quality of the apartment

Cons: Breakfast was not bad but not delicious

Great Time @ Elite Royal Apartment

Pros: Location is perfect. Views are super 👌 . Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean reception and staff are professionals and respectful. Specifical thanks to lorena ( host agent ) for all the support during our stays.

Cons: I was looking for football channel ( BEIN sport ) to spend the nights at the room watching the champions league but unfortunately channels were not available.

Lovely stay!

Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, we even asked the catering to bring a little less not to waste. The view is spectacular! We loved the pool. The personnel were lovely and helpful, albeit it was sometimes tricky to know to whom to turn to with a specific request. The service was a little inflexible at times but in the end everything worked out.

Cons: Please mention how the deposit will be returned. We were waiting for someone to come and check the apartment upon check out. Just a note, the mall is next door but there’s no easy access to it. Perhaps there’s a short cut through a car park or a restaurant back door, otherwise you’ll have to walk quite a bit to reach it.

Great location and stunning view, ideal for a family stay with Dubai Mall only a short walk away

Pros: Fantastic location, 10 minute walk to Dubai Mall and great view out to the Burj and fountains from the balcony. Breakfast was delivered daily and was of good quality. Darwin from Elite Royal was our contact and ensured a smooth check in/out experience and swiftly managed any requests we had during the stay, would happily return in future.

Cons: Not a lot of complaints with nothing major. Only gripes were the Burj view was from one balcony only, the bathroom decor was a little dated and the mattresses/pillow weren't very comfortable.

It was nice and we enjoyed it.

Pros: It was wonderful experience, from the begging the worm welcoming from the staff especially Mr. Reynan, who explained everything about the apartment & facilities. The apartment was clean, comfort with lovely view. My family loved this place and we are planning to come back again.

Cons: The AC was a bit noisy in the master bedroom.
