Comfortable when good value for money

Pros: Good pool and gym, well appointed and laid out room

Cons: Could do with being cleaned every few days, when staying longer than a week

I had verything what I needed to stay there for one week.

Pros: Set up of the apartment is nice. The little balcony was cozy to sit outside. The Gym at the rooftop is well equipped, clean, spacey and not crowded.

Cons: Unfortunately you have little space to store stuff. It was not a problem for me, since I stayed only one week.

Pros: We had a great stay. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly, supportive, and always quick to respond, which made the stay very easy and pleasant. We first stayed in the double apartment with a colleague and later I stayed in the studio on my own. Both options were excellent, very comfortable and well equipped. A big plus is the great location close to the metro, world trade center, and the airport. Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great stay

Pros: Location is amazing with the spacious car park. The 2bed room suite with the living room and kitchen was great in size and style. There was cooking oil and dish washing liquid soap in the kitchen. The staff are amazing in the reception and of course Marwa who took care of our stay was excellent. Bon garbage disposal available on each floor conveniently. Will stay again.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower was weak. Cleaning service only available when staying for a week or more.

Excellent, comfortable and great location

Pros: Very close to public transport links, shops & emirates towers being a 10 minute walk away. Easy to navigate the area, the door staff being extremely polite and friendly.

Cons: I thought it was perfect for a business trip. The only negative I have to say is that in the wardrobes there is an unusual smell, not sure if it’s trapped moisture or not

Enjoyable stay at affordable cost

Pros: I was expecting less than I got. The neighbourhood is quite local - that means there are no European-style cafes or bakeries in the vicinity, but I felt very safe. There are couple good supermarkets in a 3 minutes walk. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable enough (though a bit too soft mattress for my taste). There are plenty of cooking utensils. The swimming pool on the roof provides great views to DIFC and Burj Khalifa, and there are very few people to compete with you for a sun bed. Welcoming manager and a 24h guard on the premises.

Cons: There is no worktable in the room, and no lobby - so if you are a freelancer, think out a plan B. There were no cleaning, but I knew that from other reviews, and I was fine with that.

Excelent. Great staff, great location.

Pros: Everything. It was perfect, great location and the pool has an amazing view. Can t wait to come back.
