Havana Holiday Homes Oud Metha

The facility itself, its employees and location are all great!

Pros: I liked the hospitality offered by front office such as Jessa plus security personnel and the great location.

Cons: On my arrival the key room was not working but in charge for maintenance acted very swiftly and he kept asking whether everything was okay which was great.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended

Pros: Wonderful stay – highly recommended We had a lovely one-night stay at Havana Holiday Homes Oud Metha in Dubai. The team was incredibly friendly and always seemed to be there whenever I needed anything truly attentive and caring service. The cleanliness really stood out: everything was spotless, and you could clearly see how committed both the front team and the cleaning staff are to maintaining high standards. Special thanks to Ellyn, Jessa, and Fritzie all very kind, professional, and welcoming. And big appreciation to the cleaning staff as well very impressive work, extremely thorough, and clearly very dedicated. Overall, a very pleasant experience with impressive cleaning, warm hospitality, and a committed team. I would happily stay here again!

Pros: Me and my husband stayed here for four nights. We needed something efficient location and space wise. We had an exceptional view of the burj from out room too as a little hidden surprise. Woke up to these picturesque views. Thank you for the simplest safest and cleanest stay for the price. Jessa (big thank you to her) and Fritzie was exceptional during checking in, Elcyn was also helpful and very kind during check out. The security Nishant was also helpful and warm everyday. The room was spacious, clean, well mantained, they were exceptionally attendant to everything we needed. The kirchen space was large and generous and the cleaners tried their beat to be of service at all times. I highly recommend the hotel for people needing a safe comfortable and warm stop in Dubai. We will be visiting again soon InshAllah.
